Dog Walking

My dog walking service gives you the flexibility to get on with your day, with walks at lunch time, mornings or afternoons, so you know your dog can be exercised, cared for and played with while you can’t be there. We offer dog minding service and dog walks in Liverpool and surrounding areas so feel free to contact us if you are interested in having professional care for your pets.

Any lengths from 15 minutes to up to 90 minute dog walks are available, flexible to suit your needs and your dog’s routine. Dogs are never walked in groups, unless from the same family, as I look after your dog exclusively to provide him / her with dedicated care and one-to-one attention. However, if you would like company for your dog, this can be arranged at special request. Cat feeding / sitting

I can offer a short visit to provide your cat with the essentials;

Overnight Dog/Cat Sitting

Sunnydays is fully insured and police checked. We can stay in your home overnight and care for your pet(s) to your exact requirements. This service start from £30 a night.

What will Sunnydays do?

Our pet sitting services include dog walking, pet feeding and basic grooming. It provides care for your home and your pets as we have the best and the most dog friendly pet sitters in Liverpool and Merseyside area. We also undertake a range of light domestic duties such as keeping the home tidy, watering plants and putting bins out. Our pet sitting service provides care for your home and your pets!

Overnight stays usually start between 7pm and 8pm and finnish approximately 12 hours later. Additional visits can be arranged if necessary to allow your pets a toilet break, walk or feed during the day ( see pop in service section)

Sunnydays use their own food and drink and will only use appliances within your home with prior permission.

Our Guidelines

• Please be sure to book in advance as space for overnight pet sitting is limited at busy times of the year.
• If we are required to travel from a different area to the one in which you live for dog walks a small additional fee to cover fuel and wear and tear on our vehicle will be charged.
• The first nights charge will be collected by us during your initial consultation. This is to secure your booking and is non-refundable in the case of cancellation by you.
• The remainder of the payment due should be left for us to collect at commencement of the care assignment.
• We will normally collect a key to your property during your initial consultation. If a key is not available at this time a charge of £5 will be charged to cover fuel and wear and tear on our vehicle for the additional journey required.
• Holiday Surcharges - Bookings scheduled on bank holidays incur a surcharge of 25% with the exceptions of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day which incur a surcharge of 50%.

All dogs MUST have up-to-date vaccinations, including kennel cough; plus up-to-date with flea and worming treatment. If any dog displays any symptoms while boarding extra costs will be made accordingly.

Puppy Visits

Are you planning to bring a puppy in to the family? Are you worried about leaving your new puppy alone while you are out at work?

Have peace of mind knowing that Sunnydays will visit your puppy at home and care for all their needs.

Puppies between the ages of 8-12 weeks will often require extra care and attention for example feeding as they require 3 meals a day, cleaning up of accidents, toilet training, and companionship.

Once your puppy has had been fully vaccinated Sunnydays Pet Sitting can start taking them out for short walks, socializing them with other dogs, people and the outside environment. During this time we can reinforce any training you the dog owner has started.

You Can Choose From Two Options

½ Hour Visits

• Feeding as agreed

• Garden play and/or short walk
• Basic training, commands are previously agreed with the owners to keep continuity
• Socialising with other dogs, people and the outside environment.(this is previously agreed with the owner)
• Lots of TLC

1 hour Visits

• Feeding as agreed

• Garden play and longer walk as they get older
• Basic training, commands are previously agreed with the owners to keep continuity

• Cleaning up of any little accidents

Home boarding for small animals

Your pets can have a holiday too!

All small animals catered for including, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, mice, rats, hamsters, and chinchillas.

Rabbits MUST be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and VHD.

1 Day of Pet Sitting

1 day of pet sitting for up to two dogs (based on 8 hours per day and includes 2 walks)

Pet Taxi Service

You may prefer to keep your car clean and free from pet hairs or you may just not have time to take your pet where it needs to go. You may not drive, and taxi drivers are reluctant to carry pets in their vehicle. We provide a fine pet taxi service for cats and dogs in Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

I can transport your pet to and from the vets, cattery, boarding kennels, grooming parlour etc. I can represent you at the vets and provide you with a report of the vet’s instructions.

I provide a door to door service were I collect your pet from your home, take them to their desired destination and return them home again.

Your pets will be fully restrained within my vehicle and will travel in a safe and environment where their comfort and safety is my main priority.

Wedding Dog Chaperone

One of the most special days of your life, why should your furry friends miss out? Sunnydays can offer you a wedding day chaperone service for your dog, so you can have the whole family present on your special day.

• One hour meeting to discuss your requirements and plan the dog’s activities for your wedding day
• Unlimited support in the form of calls, texts, emails in run up to your wedding day
• Collect your dog from your home at an agreed time on the morning of the wedding
• Walk for half an hour
• Brush, and if appropriate, accessorise your dog
• Transport to wedding venue
• Chaperone and entertain at wedding venue
• Comfort breaks, feed and water as required
• Care during the photo shoot (or any other role you have planned)
• 3 hours at the wedding venue (alternatively I will stay, with your dog for the full day)
• Return dog to agreed, supervised location
