What I collect
Your name, address, phone number and email. Your pet’s details and routine. Your vet’s details. Your key or access arrangements. That is all, and all of it comes from you directly.
Why I collect it
To look after your pet, to get into your home, and to contact you or your vet if something happens.
What I do not do
I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone except your own vet, and only if your pet needs treatment. There is no contact form on this website, so nothing is collected from you automatically by filling anything in.
How long I keep it
For as long as you use the service, and for two years afterwards in case you come back. Then it is deleted.
This website
This website sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party scripts. Nothing about your visit is recorded, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner to click.
I do use Google Search Console, which tells me which search terms bring people to the site. It reports totals only and never identifies anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to see what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Text or email me and I will do it.
